The farm is located “Loc. Rombaia”, in Castiglione della Pescaia and 'it’s open all year long. It has a strategical location, a few kilometers from the main resorts and surrounded by a peaceful countryside, the starting point for cycling horse and carriage tours. The farm offers wine tasting and typical local products tasting. It shows important historical pieces in the Museum of the second World War. The farm is located about 6 km from the beach of Castiglione della Pescaia, that is partly free and partly equipped. It’s made of fine sand with small pieces of rocks (loc. Capezzòlo). The city centre of Castiglione della Pescaia is about 6 km far from, it’s accessible by public transport, the first bus stop is located at Km 2.2. The farm is situated in the Maremma Tuscany countryside, surrounded by vegetation, it offers peace and quiet. The farm has rooms and apartments of various types.

Among the services of the structure: outdoor solarium, washing machine and dryer, barbecue joint, change of linen, wine tasting and sale of typical products, children's playground, laundry for washing clothes, shared garden,massage area. Pets are not allowed. It’s 'possible to rent bicycles and scooters on the place. Parking is free and its’ inside the farm holiday. The pool is open from May to September. Nearby facilities for several sports: riding at 13 km, tennis courts, sailing school, diving, archery, about 4 km, golf course 20 Km. The farm offers rooms and apartments of various types, furnished with great care and faithfully restored with period furniture. All with private entrance, porch and garden. Each apartment is themed with the name that was assigned.
